Reservations

To check on reservations, please email us, call us, or fill out the online information form on this page. Include your name, contact info, dates you are interested in, and the cabin you are interested in. We will contact you back and confirm.  If you  need more information call 276-728-0106.

You Must be 21 years of age to make reservations

  • Full amount of  rental is required when booking if paying with credit card.  If paying with check I must receive  check within 10 days   to secure reservations . Labor Day weekend and some holidays total amount due 30 days prior to checkin. Posted rates are for two people. We accept cash, personal checks and  Credit Cards. A valid credit card number must be placed on file  with us.
  • Reservations should be made as far in advance as possible.
  • Date changes, requests and cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. You are obliged to dates reserved.
  • Refunds will not be made for early departures. Refunds will be made if notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival, minus a $25.00 administrative fee regardless of the reason. In case of frozen precipitation you may rebook.
  • Our cabins are non smoking establishments, Smoking is restricted to outside only.  Smoking inside the cabin will  result in a minimum charge to your credit card of $225.00 to cover the cost of restoring the cabin to its arrival (non-smoking) state.
  • Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets. For the comfort of all our guests as well as maintaining the property we cannot allow pets of any kind in or on rental premises.
  • Check in time is 3:00pm and checkout is 11:00 am, unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Labor day weekend and some holidays require a 3 night minimum stay with payment in full 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Guests are responsible for their rental unit during occupancy, an inspection and inventory of cabin is taken prior to check in and after check out. All equipment in cabin have been checked out before your arrival.  It is the guest obligation to report any problem or damage to rental property to us the owners immediately. We cannot refund any money due to equipment failure or power outage.
  • Cleaning Fees: You the guest determine if there is a cleaning fee charged, if you leave premises in good condition and no excessive cleaning has to be done there will be no cleaning fees. However if extra time has to be spent cleaning stove, refrig,or anything else,  a cleaning fee of $50.00 to $75.00 will be charged to your credit card.
  • A valid credit card number is required for the security/damage deposit.
  • The owners reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at his or her own complete discretion.
